thats a lot
Here an example:
My IP adress:
217.249.xx.xxx
The first 6 digs never change. They are different for each ISP (Internet server provider)
The last ~6 (or less) digits are always different. Every time I rebout my router these numbers will change
So they are A LOT OF more ip adresses than 50-100 (actually there are 255*255 different ip adresses)
If you have the IP of someone you are able to find out what country he is living in and you are able to locate his IP adresses close to ~ 100km
