you can't do this anymore...
there is a trade limit of 3000gp on runescape now... so you can't trade mass amounts of rs money...

Bounty, or acctuarly Bounty hunter, is a runescape pvp minigame where you can pick up other peoples drops. To trade something there it's kind of trickey, and, it's against Runescapes rule no 12 ( http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarticle.ws?article_id=2082 ) .If jagex find out you'll be very likely to get a ban on you rs account. Alsol, the rules are pretty trickey too. (Well, if you play Bounty Hunter alot, you'll get used to it)

ya i know... i used to play that... although i got bord of it since most people dont bring anything in there... also if you try to trade there its not going to work like you think either... what if you pick up the money and another person who is not involved in the trade kill you and take it from you lol... that would e funny... and not so funny to the person who lost it lol
