when new users come to the site they get the generic layout/colors etc
just looks a bit bland to me...
is there a way we can spice it up for those that come here just looking etc to make it appear a bit more exciting...
we all know that you can change backgrounds to your liking and color preferences etc but how about an update for the 1st timers?

Great idea, the original layout is very bland and plain. Maybe Tram can have a layout contest that ppl can make/vote for. The winner would have his/her layout as the official d3jsp layout/background.

Sounds good to me, maybe somethin in the purple lines that have to do with the Banner.
Either purple, orange, yellow. brown, Green or Red.
Those may be the only colors that wont clash with the banner.

This is true though.
It is alot more clean and professional with these colors.
Not garbled or cluttered with imgs and colors.
Or blan an drab with all brown.
But, a few colors could be a good addition, yet I don't log here to see happy colors  but since Jessmop is the coolest person I know I will have to say I am 51/49 on this idea.

Ha, can you believe it that I still have th original colors and everything? I like the way it looks, and too scared to test other stuff
