go to your home town, it should be listed right under ur experience bar, and then once your there hit up bluesprings warrior training place.

challenge and beat ur master and u level.

Items that you find go to your backpack As for gems, you can use them for extra hp, changing race, or buying a horse to fight with you _____________________

the items can be traded for $$ or gems at any towns trading post, travel around they all buy/sell diff things
