what is this moneybookers?

i understand that but how does moneybookers work? paypal might be flawed but most of the time its always the same procedures...
apparently chargeback on gift only works if the person calls credit card/bank and then paypal reverses since it was taken back from paypal? if thats how it happens please tell me.
im sort of scared to trade things on paypal because i know the people can be sneaky and do this :-/
last thing i want to do is input bank/ credit card/ social on these type of sites  _________________ This user's signature has been disabled |
