I think it would be a nice addition if this site had its own d2 server on version x.xx. I have noticed it was suggested before but couldnt be completed since tramway doesnt have server space. However i would be more then willing to set the server up and host it for everyone to play. This way we would have a server to compete in without hacks being needed .
I will complete anything that you tramway wants about it .
I can support 1.09d + and any MOD for diablo 2 1.09d + .
Just contact me and i will set the server up . I got a completed one that needs to be just started  |

| i personly think this would be nice but could it be like rules of no hacks under risk of a temp ban to perm ban? |

Ofc. that will be the main rule .
And i suggest for a server on a clean 1.09d version -> My favourite version . Fair duels , balanced heroes , normal demage , not much hacks (even it's hard to find map hack for that version , lol  ) . Anyway i can stop the dupe lag method too .

its quite simple
do the same thing as the 1.12a to 1.11b reverter except use the 1.09d patch 
if theres free perfect characters and such on it ill start playing again just so I can conquer you all |

Good idea, someoen could use a good comp he dont use , and tram could use Teamviewer to go on the comp

I can set up the server , my pc is OK for a server and i think we shouldn't have a problems , about the teamviewer , i can't do that , but i will do all that tramway wants |

well i would prefer v1.11B , i will also be willing 2 Be a MoD on the realm, i was thinking about doing this b4 but couldnt figure the setup out.
also have the rule that anyone cought disobaying rules will be banned from bot the server and d3jsp.

I like 1.11b too , but there are so many hacks for it... I'm sure that there will be many bot/hack users if it's 1.11b/1.12a . Anyway i like the 1.09d becouse of the missing runewords and the great PvPs . Also the Stormshield as a GODLIKE item , just like as the shako . The sorceress power and the Zealadin with a normal items .
Do you remember the good old times ?
Also somehow i will try to add some event items if you want (event rewards) we can discuss many things , but let's wait till Tram answer me |

i still think 1.11b is the best, everyone is used 2 it, and bots will be known and banned.
I myself would not play 1.09 but i would MoD it.
im just so used 2 the latest versions and i find them fun, the exp rates could be doubled or w/e and drop rates and add some custom items/areas and maybe modify the towns.

hacks = permanent ban no matter what from everything
no need for a warning
well either leave it with the current patch 1.12a, or 1.09d. no need for anything inbetween because from 1.10 to 1.12a are basically the same other then ubers.
I just want to know if its PvM, PvP or both. if PvP hopefully instant 99 and any item free. with any item free there is no threat of scamming/stealing/duping
good judgment is my strong point, so if you need a good moderator id be willing
if youre afraid of all the hackers in 1.11 and 1.12 then go 1.10. I just dont like 1.09 because of all the chargers.

Hehe , that would be good too , but we have to find someone who knows how to edit the drop , exp and so . I know a program to open and edit the .mpq files that are used for the server , but it's REALY HARD work .
Also the BOT users are realy hard to be stopped if they use the BOTS in private games . Anyway i know how to prevent them , but we have to change the places on the vendors and so  The drop changing is not so easy too , we have to find someone who want to code . It will be too hard work for me to code/support/host the server and in this time to go to school/visit my girlfriend and so .
Take it from my point of view , if there is someone who want to code the 1.11b/1.12a , there isn't problem for me . |
