I am getting 120$ chargebacked. I posted proof of the goldlog and everything to paypal + I explained my situation.. he charged back as an unauthorized payment

you are chanceless if he did unauthorized payment. I would never trade that much with the same user when using paypal.

Your only hope is that he messed up in some way (not very likely)

make sure he sends as gift

= he can´t chargeback

if he account was hacked however, he will get his money back

You can chargeback gifts if you call paypal support and tell them you were keylogged...all you need to do is making the payment through a proxy.

Gift is not 100% safe, it reduces the risk. But avoid doing large transactions with it. If people can scam 100$+ by making a phonecall they probably will....

as far as I remember, its 90 days or 120 days and then ur cash is 100% safe
