I was thinking that if you not in the clan then you should not be able to post in the clan forums or the should be made private tell me what you think thanks

Ps, i think all inactive clan forums should be closed.

I'm pretty sure your clan designates who posts in there or not...and most clans are run by Staff members.

Thus, allowing them to warn users for disobeying their rules on their turf.

All inactive clan forums should be deleted and removed, I agree with this. It's unnecessary to have them if nobody uses the area anymore.
