Project duel has the "current" best duelers. (All the old best duelers don't play.)
But they only do private games and the odd FPK.

also if you want to test skill have same char vs same char that tests skill as for the es vs vita debate it would be possible for ether one to win its just in some cases certain types have the advantage if your horrible it doesn't matter how much of an advantage you have your lose
