You need more members to your clan before they will do this and i think it is no more then 600fg or so.

Q. I noticed that other clans have clan forums how can i get them?

A. there are two ways one is to get 15 or more members in your clan and then pm tramway
the second is pm tramway and say you want to buy them for 200 fg
