| Make it 50, recently scammers started making multis spamming 25 times and giving fake reps which result in scams. Making it 50 posts will not only slow them down, but also will give moderators more time, to see whose needlessly spamming and to take measures. |

as long as locked and scammer tagged users can rep, this is not going to change anything. I am going to write an essay on this tomorrow.

I agree, so make it:
- 50 posts required before you can rep someone
- no locked/scammer account can rep anyone

ye remove locked/scammertagged users ability to give reps as well. Would make it harder for them to build reps...and also reduce the amount of fakereps given by pissed off scammers
