Technically you can but there will be a lot of FEES that make it not worth it.
It's better to just transfer from bank --> moneybookers |

Another question, you can transfer money to your bank account by Moneybooker right?

Edit: If you can withdraw money to your bank account from Moneybookers, how long would it take for the money to be @ your bank account?

About the withdraws I don't know because i've never withdrawn before. i believe it's instant though |

Well I hope it is since if you withdraw money to bank from PayPal, It takes a few days to go through.
