There is not really better one.
Ati are more stable, but nvidia could have a better ratio performance (not that much more).
Just a tip, if you're using intel, choose nvidia.
You're using amd, choose ati.
Why ?
In the code lines there are a few ones that are proper to each combo that could lower (not that much, but still annoying thing) your performance.
