first off, you don't just get hacked for no reason.
your fault. period.
you were not targeted by a random hacker for your shitty gear, you're some poor chump that fell for some scam. people who are the targets of hackers for gear have WAY more then i'm sure you have.
did you in fact download something 1KB in size maybe thinking it was a bot? i would bet my unborn child's life you got keylogged, if you did.
do you use an authenticator? i have heard of some glitches involving that and what you reported.
contact blizzard, they will roll your account back.

very entertaining, but no, i didn't download anything. i don't really care if you believe me or not, but if u were to check my recent downloads there is nothing about some 1kb download...which i've never even heard of until i posted this thread. and don't give me that "you cleared your recent download activity" cuz i have nothing to hide bro.

Meh, It doesn't seem to be too hard to get into peoples accounts atm.
Hacked accounts are popping up everywhere with the owner claiming there is no way it was due to a program.

all i know is you cannot hack someones account by simply knowing their account name. the best you could do is brute force it.
brute force does not have the success rate to be the cause of all these hacked accounts.
wouldn't be surprised if it's a 3rd party site that sells d3 gold or something.
also i heard of an authenticator glitch, and it's actually not safe to have one atm.

it is likely, seeing as d3 is a big release there is a chance the perpetrator is looking through victims logs
a lot of these "hacks" have happened while people are logged in, and blizzard says they have no evidence of someone else on their account.
actually starting to seem more like a security breech on blizzards behalf.
