How to send With PayPal as "Gift"

I cant find something right @g**gle

All here want to receive the money as a gift but I dont know how to do
hope here is a user or german user who is rdy to tell me

got some posts on other forums in which other guyes post that its not possible in germany :/

i can only send $/€ as :
1.Ebay item/product
2.Service
3.other merchandise

hope to find some help

i don't know about germany but in the us paypal it lets you pick send as gift in personal

You can send as a gift.

After you put in the amount and email there's two tabs allowing you to choose how to send the $.

Second tab has the gift option.

PAYPAL GIFT OPTION AVAILABLE - EUROPE:
Austria - Yes
Denmark - Yes
Finland - Yes
France - Yes
Germany - No
Greece - Yes
Italy - Yes
Norway - No
Poland - Yes
Portugal - Yes
Romania - Yes
Slovakia - Yes
Spain - Yes
Sweden - Yes
United Kingdom - Yes

I can give you a work around, Send the money normally, Open the dispute/Close it. (cant be reversed or charged backed again)

Ps when u send money normally there is a 3% charge to the receivers end so you might have to throw in an extra $1 or so...
