Trust me man, we're looking for new people constantly right now.
Our track record definitely doesn't have any room for another fuck up, so it's not that easy to add someone newer rather than just re-adding someone who is already trusted to us and has had massive power on here back to staff.
I feel you though, and don't plan on anything remaining the same for long.

And you being in staff should have realized, that there were the few fighting for changes, and for things to be fair.
