I'm going to continue saying it: Do what your members want, not what you want.
And you're about to lose some of your most active members, in case you were unaware of that.
Should have thought about your users wants/needs before you chose who you did.
And you wonder why I don't bring my services to include you. Because you do stupid shit like that. |

Yeah I agree, it couldn't have been too "careful" to choose someone who has been recently active for a little over a week, regardless of what he has done in the past.
The few staff members might see this as a good move, but the majority of the users who will actually use the service an advisor is supposed offer, will not take advantage of it as much as opposed to asking for help from a friendly, familiar name.

What services?
Again, you're acting on the pretense that you know everything, or even "enough". You do not, I tell you. You bigger us for not "carefully choosing", whilst you have no idea how we did it. You bigger at us for not having the users' safety or whatever in regard, whilst you, again, have no idea what's going on behind them doors you cannot unlock.
You have about 20% of the information and yet you act as if you know everything. And let me assume your next post will be: "I know enough. Stop talking out of your ass. I will do the best for this community". Something along those lines. I am still open if you want to discuss this elsewhere. I'm not leaving atm.
