can someone direct me to the paypal close dispute guide?

To file a dispute on a transaction sent through PayPal, follow these steps:
1.Log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com
2. Click on 'Resolution Centre' near the top of the page.
3. On the ‘Report a Problem’.
4. Select ‘Item dispute’ then click ‘Continue’.
5. Click 'Find transaction ID'. A new window displays your transaction history.
6. Click the Transaction ID you want to dispute.
7. Click 'Continue' then follow the onscreen instructions.

If you would like to close a dispute or claim you filed, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com
2. Click ‘Resolution Centre’ at the top of the page
3. Select 'Open cases' in the drop down menu and find the claim you wish to close
4. Click the Case ID link (e.g. PP-111-222-333) under the Case column
5. If the case is in the Dispute phase click ‘Close Dispute’
6. If your case in the Claim phase click ‘cancel this claim’
7. Add any additional comments in the comment box and continue to close your dispute or claim
8. Closing disputes for sellers

When you receive it as a gift, you can't be chargedback ?
How the fuck can you close the dispute ? I mean ... You can open it ok, but you can close it too ? The same person ? And the other one, can't open a new one ?

gifts can be chargebacked if they were paid with credit / debit card.
Only case were they are not chargebackable (if that still works ? )
is when the buyer sent as gift with his paypal balance.
