Not too sure, its a nice intel roll, but damage is too low imo

Be better off to have a 1k dps 1hander and an OH.

The dmg are nice for a lvl 49, but int on a 2 hands is lame :/
This is still a good one for self leveling barb or sorc if you go on 2 hands shitty.
