DH 24k4 ~26k life 3.22 atk / sec (i don't use sharp shooter)
120-180 @ res (178 psn i guess)
even with 35.7 dodge and above 45 % dmg reduce i get os'd :p

3.22k dps? that's very low mate... same with the life... get better gear and try him when you have like 30-35k hp and at least 7k dps

It's a part DH to rely on crits, so seeing how you're not using sharpshooter is kind of off. I don't think you'll be able to solo Belial for awhile so I suggest you do some gold farming or mfing in act 1.

Yeah I know it ^^
Doing 33k with sharpshooter, need to upgrade my weapon - gloves and armor.
got a 77x dps 1 h xbow 2x ias, searching for a 9xx bow 1 socket + dex that should be fine 
Or maybe i wanna kill him with my sorc when she hits the 60, and when she'll be stuffed also ^^

life is not important, you better get good at dodging attacks and timing smoke shield well if you want to play the dh.
you need A LOT more damage, 25k on the DH is just not good enough. |

Get the same gear you have with twice as much str on your lowest str items. |

How much LoH/Aps?
Without a good LoH you can't down him with these stats. |
