If the site was a little more active, I would say yes... but for now if we made that section it would get like 5 threads, and a new post every like week maybe unless people were concentrating hard on making that forum popular, which isn't the point of subforums.

what dnote said we can replace a sub forum no one uses for this sub forum that 4-10 people might use i for sure will be using it since i'm going to be making computer builds and selling them i would really like the input of other peeps here |

Instead, why don't you use the General Chat for the "Jokers Realm" since it is the same thing, and it hasn't had a post in a week.
Not to mention it's second thread is 2 years old with 10 posts. Of those 10 posts, it's like the same 4 people posting.
Take the 3 people over there, add their activity to the GC then open up a tech sub forum where people can dump their computer trouble. Makes it easier for new members having computer trouble to find help as well.
On top of that, I'm sure it will have more posts then 1 per week. Gaz3's one thread blew up instantly.
Just my reasoning... and if it doesn't take off... then delete it. No harm done, you did it once before.
