Counter-Strike 1.6 Help [Country]

Hey, I play CS 1.6 on an server named mY.RuN Surf_Ski_2.

When you type something in-game so let's say to your friends or so, it say's your country near your nick in-game. For example like this :

[GB] Piss : Hey there mate's.

[GB] = Great Britain. Piss = In-Game Nick.

If someone is from Sweden It would say [SE] Nick :

I want to change the country [GB] to something else What do i do? I downloaded EasyHideIP Program but It didn't work.
