offered to sell for 4$ a mil to this guy and he got offensive when I said use paypal, and mediator. Told me he didnt want to be scammed, and that ebay was safe. I told him I wouldnt sell via ebay because I didnt want to pay the fees, and he said he would rather pay fees than be scammed. would not even consider a trade via mediator.
