You should do like that :

You kill both, don't take stone.
One leave, valide his q, the other one left and do the same.
You take the stone, one leave and valid his q then brb.
The other left, valide his side and then he brb.
You will get 2 x belial xp + 2 x tyrael reward, which is way better than belial kill reward.

Sorry, i was thinking you were not doing 2 x tyrael q, but only once in the 1st game after anyone did get the rewards for itself once in each game.
