There are no quests that I know of, but fairies will give additional +1 perm hp at times, so have druids priests

Also, there are shops you can trade gems for hp too.

Official answer: No, unfortunately there are none. Although I've added enough custom items all the way back when the game first started to address all your HP needs.

the way i do it get me hp up is sellin runes some timea u get gold / gems / hp exp

ya 2 of the runes a day or unless u die and come back u can do it 2 more times

I think sometimes when you sell the rune to the jezibel then we get more hp as well right ?
