Are these pants really worth 40 million gold?

I dropped these archon pants from an elite mob in Act 4 Inferno. I checked with many sources, and they seemed to point me in the direction of 40-50 million gold. An auction house search came up with the same thing. A friend of mine referred me here to check with you guys before selling.
