Semi-modular power supply comes with the 24 pin, 8 pin, and a 4 pin. What's the 4 pin for?
It says pci-e but my video card is 2x 3 pin
24 pin is for the mobo
8 pin is for the mobo
4 pin is for the ??? |

The mobo came with 2 sata cables, one has a 90 degree on the end, does it matter which I use for the hard drive and which I use for the optical drive? |

some are 20pin with a 4pin extra that makes it compatible with 20/24 pin mobos
or it could be fore expansion cards that require power, or something of the like.

no it doesn't
and not every cord will always connect.
so don't sweat finding a place for it.
as long as your psu goes to your mobo / hd / cd drive you're probably good.
also when asking for pc help it's good to list your entire system specs.

just re read the OP
if your gfx card requires extra power from the psu, and you don't have the connections for it you might need to look for a new one.
