To be honest, I don't see what's wrong with the site... maybe the more active people do (the ones who are trying to get power), but in all honesty, I just use this site to trade...
njag can be compared to tram I guess. They're just sitting there filling up their banks. Staff team correlates with member population, and this site isn't all so populated, so really, no point in having meni meni helpers or mods.

Others are hungry as fuck for it and actually make POSTS applying for Staff spots or privately Pm'ing Tramway.
We'd be better off with just 3 Senior Moderators and 3 Advisors.
