Error: We require all registered users to have at least $100.00 worth of games associated with their Steam account. This is to prevent users from creating multiple Steam accounts for use on this site, which might result in cheating.

You need to have an account valued at 100 dollars to give stuff away..

It's to prevent people from trying to cheat, like it says....and honestly I would do it just because if you don't have at least $100 in games on your STEAM but you're giving games away....there is something fishy going on.
