[Americas] WTT Witching Hour(9%ias,50%cd,148int,52str,17%mf)

I'm looking to trade my perfect ias/cd rolled Witching Hour for one with Dexterity.

Stats are as follows:

Armor 520 (inc bonus)
52 Strength
148 Intelligence
9% Attack Speed Increased
+226 Armor
50% Critical Strike Damage
17% Magic Find

Looking for another perfect rolled 9%ias and 48-50%cd, but with a reasonable amount of dexterity (75+). Other stats are a plus.

Still available. Had a few offers, but nothing that fit my needs - either dex was too low, or ias wasn't 9%.

Looking for 75+ dex, with 9ias and 48-50%cd.
