League of legends account - how to buy one and secure it?

I recently bought a league of legends account from this user: http://www.d3jsp.org/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=22793

This user updated the email to the one I requested.
This user gave me account name and password to the account.
I logged into the forum : https://na.leagueoflegends.com/user/login
I clicked, "my account": http://na.leagueoflegends.com/account
From "my account" I clicked, "Change password" and replaced a new password.
From "my account" I clicked, "Change email" and updated the new email.

I logged into league of legends game.exe and clicked, "I forgot my password", which brought up a web page: https://na.leagueoflegends.com/account/recovery/password

I followed the procedure and put the account name then click, "submit". After a few minutes of waiting, I logged into my email and sure enough, I received the password recovery confirmation. However, I did not follow through since I thought it would work.

From there, I thought everything was good and started playing like I normally would. However, two days later, I tried to log back in and the password was changed. I tried to recover the password many times but never received the email.

So I went to lolking, a website which contains all your league of legends status (i.e. game history, matches, ranked, runes, and so on); http://www.lolking.net/

I input the league of legends name and found out that somebody was on it.

Summary:
So basically, to sum all this up, I was scammed by wontbme

cuz if you email LoL with DOB, secrete Question, ip u made account 7 tell him u got hack'd they will recover ur account
