User sold me unperm as perm items for the X amount of cash.

What I do is

1) File dispute
2) Provide screenshots of your Chat log + Screenshots of your item disappearing with time stamps
3) Explain what happened in detail (The more details the better)
4) Hope paypal believes you

It has worked for me, I use this method whenever I get charged back and it greatly heightens my chances of winning

Paypal isn't so lazy, they will read your proof
Just make sure it's organized and readable

Just don't lie and tell everything upfront and you'll be in good hands

paypal will do their job if you have proof

they won't blackmail you because you do not want to publish others personal info because an angry kid want them without any reason

he wants me to publish personal information on people I trade with during last month (as I have to upload the file everyone on the web can see it)

I talk with some guys , they don't want me to give their info to angryscammer ,
Nothing match with furious except we are French

I still do not know which rule Have i broken (of course I didnt break any rule , maybe spam but a spam isnt 40% warn)

admins are dodging my pms and I cannot deal with angryscammer who got scammed by a better scammer

check his nice fgs seller list : they are either obvious and known multi or obvious scammer except 3
