I think that there should be a line that says

NTConfig_Script.push("ConfigCheck.ntj"); // This must be commented out & serves to prevent unconfigured characters from running.

What you need to do is change it to

//NTConfig_Script.push("ConfigCheck.ntj"); // This must be commented out & serves to prevent unconfigured characters from running.
