Need some help

Ok, So lately (last 2 weeks) everytime i logon d3jsp, i have a problem shortly thereafter
I'll be browsing for ~3-10 minutes, perfectly fine, and all of a sudden when i go to a page, or refresh, it says the connection has timed out, or the website cannot be found -- note everything else, all other websites work perfectly fine
So i have been using a free proxy in order to try to bypass it, and for the majority of the time, it works like it is suppose to with the proxy.
Idk what to do , to even be able to use the site i am having to use this proxy from the facebookproxy dot com or w/e..

i would say its ur connection but if other site work fine like u said... i dont know... that strange.

but i dont think its comming from d3jsp, im pretty sure its in ur rooter security or something...
