OK so I was thinking if this method would work. Let say you sell something on here for pp and than if you refund the guy $0.1. Will he still be able to charge back, because if he makes a claim it will be clear that he got a refund and the claim wont go anywhere? Dunno if that would work, if somebody has tried it...?

i dont think it would work unless refund is for full amount. the user could still try to charge back for full amount.

But if they try to charge back no matter what it would say that they have been refunded and maybe their claim will go no where. Dunno could be good if somebody tries it and it's successful.

What i do, since im in a position of a little mroe trust then the average user, is have their id card matching their paypal name sent to me, then they put it on a piece of blank printer paper and then write that they have already recieved the goods, and are satisfied / then sign it and take that picture too.
