Sent a payment as a gift to someone, and i want to send another, but it says : you have to add funds to your balance before sending money.

But im verified paypal so it should go to my bankroll directly..

+ I can send money to all the other users as a gift, except that same guy.

Can some1 help me with this ?

I tried disconnect, reconnect, change browser, etc.

Please help solve

Moved to Rules/Support for others to assist.

However, I believe if you're linked directly to a Bank Account, you should not have that issue.

Unless, that user is flagged by Paypal for an investigation related to Fraud or something else.

I am paypal verified. Thats why i dont get it i can send money to everyone else, but not the guy i just sent.
