So i suggest you activate your set, download the game and write down your CD-Key. That way you can always just use a CD-Key changer/.MPQ Creator program to continue playing. I suggest that you attach your newly purchased key from me to your battle.net account, and download the game right away, if you do not already have it installed.

I gave free sets to 3 of the people there repped me. Get good son.

My take on this is, someone who wants to make money can sell unperms as perm and get away with it by stating the trade was complete and the item was perm.
Their statement saying it was perm can be a lie and generally it has been after the item poofs, it's been an epidemic for the past 14 years I played diablo.
There is no way you can prove it was perm, there is no way you can prove it poofed.
In the end, it's all fraud and comes down to who can bullshit the best.
When there is an accusation such as this one, in the end at least one person is always guilty of fraud, whether it is one or both of them.
kom can say is was perm, and it was really perm and thc can take the item and fake a poof.
kom can say it was perm and it was not perm and it really poofed.
In the end, trading items known to be unperms is at your own risk, buying items that can be unperms is at your own risk.
