Hi guys just wondering if there are any ways to get payment secure and safe if I was to sell some FG from D2jsp on this site without a credit card or bank account. I have paypal but its not verified because I dont have either of the above mentioned.... if I get money on paypal will I be able to spend it online without a verified account? what are the limitations? Are there any other payment sites or methods anyone would suggest?

You can add money to PayPal using MoneyPak or use a prepaid debit card. With the latter, I believe, most of your purchases must be made in the United States.

One caveat: Unless this arbitrary policy's changed, money added from MoneyPak must be used within 60 days. Could be, and hopefully, wrong. |
