moneybookers is safer but paypal is fine 98% of the time you just got weed out the bad seeds and honestly I wouldn't ever make a trade over $100 on here unless you know the person or they write a note in the description saying they recieved virtual goods

I've heard it's possible to "revoke" or "cancel" payments through PayPal (back when I used to trade hats in TF2). I've asked a few people but no one else has ever heard about it. Does anyone know whether or not this is just a myth? Everyone always demanded the payments be sent as gifts to avoid the situation, but I've never run into the issue myself.

On a side note, don't be afraid to do several smaller transactions if the amount of money involved is high, use a moderator, and be careful around users who have recent join dates.
