False, I was rewarded a twitch w/ the skin, and no rp/ip. I asked why. They said they found out he was using smurf accounts, proof is in the scammer accusations.

As advised by a forum helper that this service has the potential to have negative effects onto your account and is 100% at your own risk. I would not suggest this as a long time League Of Legends player..
