Isn't kolton a member herer? He is here more than I am. You made a topic with his name in it in the scammer section. You really suck at putting the most basic of things together. In fact, wasn't he here just a few days ago trying to warn everyone about malware being distributed under the name of his project? What happened to that topic? For perhaps the final time, this is not me calling you a scammer. Im not implying that you SCAM people. If it pleases "his majesty" ill ask the mods to move it to the battlefield.
And yes, kolton is a member, here, but never have i seen so many people viewing one scammer accusation before. Seemed a little odd is all.
Since you keep posting in here, allow me to ask you something. When you realize who k0m is and was (since you clearly have no idea who he ever was), you will realize how badly he fucked up the key business. You will realize that I sold diligently for him, under the impression that each key would and would always be flawless. Tell me, how am I to blame for his greed? This is not wallstreet where the fatcats can make a mistake and blame it on their subordinates. I do not accept responsibility for that little pricks actions, no more than you would take responsibility for covering noah's loses. No more than any hard working person for that matter.
I sold keys for k0m, was fed lies and was even scammed by him in the end. Lost 60 buck, no biggie.
I do not however, have to reimburse every single client ive ever sold to (which infact is not even valid, since tip is the only person i have heard from due to this).
I am not a scammer. You may think i am, you may even convince all your friends on blizzhackers that i am, but it will be a lie. Difference of opinion my friend. Your perception of morality in this situation is infact parallel from my own, but that does not make me a scammer. If you want justice, seek the one responsible. K0m is Jacob Madsen, swedish born. Mods are welcome to edit that peice of information, but thats all i knew about him. Posted some other things in a public service announcement that is now removed.
Honestly, what do you want from me dark-mage? Did you honestly not think, given whats been happening, i wouldn't make a statement about you banning me from your site? In my eyes, that is an act of corruption. In my eyes, i beleive u know damn well who k0m is, that noah fed u all this bullshit without telling u the full story, and now i am the bad guy.
But for the moment, i will entertain the idea that u knew NOTHING about k0m. That you acted upon what noah told you without knowing other information or claims. Ill even entertain the fact that you banned me because you thought it would make your site safe. But now that you know k0m exists, now that you have seen the situation with noah and what he did, where do we go from here?
I do not wish to make enemies with anyone. I never wanted to make enemies with noah. He messaged me on this site, and started demanding a refund. I have my own perception of how things should have turned out, and based on majority desision, both from staffers and other resellers from k0m, it was decreed that no reimbursements would be made. Im sorry it pissed noah off, but its how things are. I have since renounced most key sales, save for newer blizzard keys, and in that own device, i have yet to make but a few sales in the past few months. A topic concerning key sales was even posted in light of what k0m did

I helped them with their kolbots (ironically at the same time bringing you guys greater renound). I was curtious and professional, and infact on many occasions did give people refunds with services (not keys) that they did not like. Still, you make such a bold claim that im a bad cd key reseller?
Ive sold hundreds, no, thousands of cd keys to people. Thats hundreds of clients whom were happy. How do i know; i had them vouch for me on my trade threads. I had them vouch on other sites. And i made sure to tell them if but a SINGLE key became bad, they should contact me immediately. Ill have you know, not a SINGLE person, other than Noah (tip@d3jsp) came to me in regaurds to keys being bad. This was of course, after he spammed my threads, called me a liar, a scammer and sought to utterly destroy me, much like your doing right now.

I have to play fking beat around the bush game, and find out who he is on my own.
He says a few keys are in use, and then later changes his story to 20 keys being in use.
He starts to realize he wont be reimbursed, so then he flames me on the forums.
He realizes that the staff doesnt buy his story, so he proceeds to say that everyone ive supplied keys with should be reimbursed.
Hilariously enough though, nobody has ever come forward saying they have had a bad key aside from noah. Right there u have someone
who is willing to exaggerate things to get what he wants.
There is one thing that my friend ken told me. I should have listened to him, but i ignored him for reasons i will explain. I mentioned noah to him, and he said noah is a person who will come after you if he doesnt get what he wants. He told me noah has been known for pulling this crap, OVER and OVER again. He said that if i ever breathed a word about the situation with k0m fking over keys, i would never hear the end of it.
Im not a scammer, and i felt the public had a right to know what was going on. I could have played dumb and told Noah right from the bat that his key theory was a lie, that his keys were infact not in use. This was shortly after what k0m did, so I DID THE RIGHT THING! I informed him and everyone else what to expect from k0ms actions. Don't blame me because you are harboring a fking child mod on your site. Noah's stories have taken wild turns when he accused me. I do not forgoe a liar, and that little prick cannot be trusted. |

Ah so herein lies another piece of the puzzle. The noble and incorruptible dark_mage, cannot possibly be swayed by biased conjecture. He is not subject to greed, nor lies.
Ive wondered why you might have banned me. Was it because noah is in your friend zone, and he managed to rally behind him others to spread lies?
Was it because on the first day when i started selling for k0m, i made that same thread on dozens of sites? After all, even you can attest to how a businessman should proceed when selling a given commodity. Few can provide infinate supply, and the demand was on gaming sites. Thats simply where i went. So is it possible that i have been on your naughty list from day one, clouding your judgment of recent events?
Could it be perhaps that you feel so strongly about Noah not getting his way, that your willing to forgoe all information brought forth to you? What information has that little snake fed into your ears that would make you so quickly ban me from blizzhackers?

Btw, a little birdy told me that noah is locked on d2jsp now. Never was told why, perhaps it was for selling forum gold, to which i sympathize. However, when i questioned tip@d3jsp about his background, he denied everything fervently. Wouldnt tell me who he was, but made accusations against me. Wouldn't show proof when i asked him of his claims, yet proceeded to call me a scammer.

users vouching that their keys were still fine, and that k0m existed. One of my good friends posted in their whom also worked for k0m, whom also got fucked over. The mods decreed that it was a petty argument, and the price i paid for working with k0m was more than fair. I have virtually stopped all key sales, on EVERY SITE i operate on. I have went on a crusade against k0m to prove to others i mean business in the face of scammers. I even entertained Tip's rhetoric long after the mods told him to pack his bags.
What this is has nothing to do with justice. Its all about tip getting his own way or die trying. Congrats tip, u got me banned on blizzhackers by convincing everyone i was responsible for the fiasco with k0m. It will be a cold day in hell before i let this treachery go. Ken was 1000 percent right when he told me to watch out for you. He said you were the type of person who would go to the ends of the earth to get revenge when things didnt go his way, he boy, that was no understatement.
But this is rediculous, and childish. Darkmage recently made a multi on one of my other sites and spammed my thread. He came here after banning me with the audacity to justify his own actions, which is fine, but he also spammed my thread like a child warning others about me.
I don't care what the hillbillies down in blizzhackers think about me. Im a good person and i dont scam others. With darkmages actions recently, im starting to feel less and less inclined to repair the shit thats been going on. Like i said, i do not wish to make enemies with the creator of blizzhackers, but he is a damn child. He accuses me of not letting this go, yet comes all over the place spamming my threads.
What ya gonna do tough guy? Gonna spam me on ownedcore as well? elitepvpers? smokineleite, mpgh, gamersoul, D3jsp, or any of the other 50 sites im on? grow the fuck up |
