it can be in a dll , in a .doc in a .png .. in anything
so it is not because you use something else to load it , that you will be more safe..

and png and all of them only work with spoofed connections atm which is horrible because you either need to do the shortcut method (2 files) or the other one which when you send it will say .png.exe or something...
.doc and all of them ive only seen with are macro viruses and easily detectable |

virus isnt only in .exe .. can be in dll and others stuff
please , i am coding a games ( game not known but still )

the virus is only in "the .exe" obviously referring to the dupe nothing else...

ur virustotal scan detects something in the dll not the loader

To thoroughly validate all the files, make sure there are no shenanigans, I would need to install Diablo II and a few other tools I haven't put on this system yet and I have no intention of doing that anytime soon. There are adequate instructions posted along with the files and I posted legit links to other tools that can execute the steps. You can do it manually with those if you are competent. Qdol is correct, though. There could be malicious data embedded in the DLL that only executes under unknown conditions or environments that a simple virus scan likely wouldn't pick up. It could even just be actions that operate through Diablo II itself. Instructions were posted. The dupe method itself can't be a keylogger.
