being a vegan is much heatlher at least in this day and age
due to all the shit they put into the animals that make the meat
random hormons arent always the best thing to put in your body

I doubt it's healthy to not eat what your body needs 
And if I remember correctly vegans don't like anything produced by another living thing, you say you don't eat meat because it has unhealthy things in it? !!!!!
But I understand lol, I know a lot of people who don't like meat, I don't have anything against that  |

i eat what my body needs just unlike a lot i dont eat things that can be bad for it
beans work instead for one of the vital nutrients and a vitamin
and vegetables dont start to smell bad if you leave them out of the freezer for a day |
