Also, I laughed at it because I am in a small room and I am currently unemployed. First time in years and it's weird which is why I decided to nose dive straight back into fitness.

I go swimming twice a week at my university rec center now (free access due to being a student). I like it better than lifting weights because swimming gives my entire body a full workout. It's more balanced that way than weight lifting. Plus, it's easier. I'm pretty out of shape, too.
Now swimming up to 24 laps (25 meters per lap) in 20 minutes 2 or 3 times a week. Not a lot, I know, but I'm not in the best shape and I have very low energy to begin with... 152-155 lbs now; 5'-10" or maybe 11".
