It's not hard at all. All you have to do is have an email. You don't even have to link your bank account right away. Funds are deposited instantly as "Paypal wallet" then you can transfer that to a bank account if you want.
Speaking of, if you do make a paypal. I will buy all you have at the 1.2k fg vs $10 rate |
