Hey i suggest that it will be verry nice if there is some way to search for a user by the name I got 1 MOD for PhPBB3 that will be usefull .
"This hack will add a form field to the memberlist page to allow filtering of the list by entering a username (or the start of a username)."

This has been mentioned many times already, u can type the username in the profile address bar to search it.

e.g. http://www.d3jsp.org/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=braindead
