IF you have all the tattoos, there is a chance to fight a monster that gives you a level huh?

all the tats just raises your chances of meeting it in the forest.. It's significant 'cause the text says "You feel a burning in your tattoos" etc.. But you can meet it with 1 tat or no tats as well. There's just a higher chance% when you have all tats.
