Rumours are indeed pointing towards a 2009 release. But... This is Blizzard, they will never release a game until it's on par with their standards. For all we know, it could be delayed and delayed again like Ghost.

Speaking of which, anyone know how long the turn over time was for Warcraft 3 between when it was announced and when it was released? It could give us a rough estimate of how long SC2 may take.

There's no playable demo, just demos of them showing off the units. They probably are still working on the races, prob not even balancing them yet.

and also they are making it a really big thing... so its probably going to work it self out... besides i thought that they already finished making the game and they are just working on the balancing now... well thats what they said lol...

They said it was gonna be released late 2008, but I heard blizzard is gonna release another game too, so I'm not really sure anymore. Since blizzard would be weird to release two games on the same year.
