Even if he DID which he didn't, the context in which you are using complain is COMPLETELY different than the definition you gave. Argue semantics? You can't even put together an arguement that you do indeed have a penis, you could post picture proof and still somehow fail to prove it.
Second, learn to use a dictionary, you have to use appropriate words with the word you are using to get the definition you want out. If we could all change the meaning of a word to fit an arguement, why.... that would be? Flip flopping?
