from your general pattern of behavior i find it to be a logical conclusion. first, you flaming me for warning him even though you had previously called for site crackdowns and "swift punishments", then you defending his use of racism (in the battlefield no less, where you yourself had called for tighter regulations not three weeks ago) even though any sound-minded person would realize racism to be a bad thing. such frequent undermining of your own arguments is generally not seen in normal people, although perhaps in this case the symptom might just BE the disease, and that my conclusion was misconstrued.

it's not that you just "change your tune" as you say. it's that you do it basically all the time and on all the key issues that you post about, and that you basically have no real beliefs or opinions to speak of. it is the extreme that your tune changing has gone to that I find (and clearly not just me, from the looks of it) funny and which removes your credibility.

Let's look at it: I post about how much battlefield is full of bullshit flame/spam.
Then the next day I start flaming like hell, and eventually start spamming like the rules dictate I can do. Coincidence? You either don't think so, or you don't even realize it. (Pays to be somewhat paranoid about things huh?)
I've let you go on for weeks about me. Making lots of posts and threads.
I've even incited you into arguments. Setting up dozens of traps to fall into.
I've made myself into a tremendous ass, and a tremendous asshole to demonstrate the utter stupidity of people who do that kind of thing. You were all over that like white on rice. Your mocking and ridicule of me acting like that was just another point I was trying to make.
You've boasted how you fought so hard to keep the battlefield around for "free speech," yet when someone tries to speak freely about anything look what you do, you harass the fuck out of them. You've made at least 50 posts in just the last 2 weeks centering your content around the person who's acting the way you say should be allowed, and your flaming that person, and doing so much to make that kind of person look like a fool, all the while arguing to the point where you want to stifle the free speech of that person.
Were you not the one who has brought up on multiple occasions how I am a flip-flopper? Let's examine that briefly. You say I cannot change my mind. Wheres the freedom, I say. You call me imbecile and things along that lines, in an attempted to undermine my capability to speak freely about anything I want to within the rules of this virtually lawless forum. Again I say, where is the freedom?
If the point of the battlefield is free speech, and to spam, and have fun, why is the person who made the forum running around attacking people doing just that? Are you trying to drive people out of this subforum, or additionally away from the d3jsp forum altogether? I mean Trez what is it?
Do you want highly active people here or not? Are people allowed to speak freely here or not? Do I really have to avoid posting here because whatever I post is going to get flamed, and then I have to see these bullies around in the other forums? Do you not yet realize that because so much flaming occurs here, that it leaks out into the other forums. Creates beef between the respective clans here. Generates animosity between members when they feud regularly. Take Parasola for example, after he, following your outline for forum behavior, flamed me for being a pvmer, talking about how does not play East anymore, goes ahead and does trading in the East forums, where he does not play, and does not pvm to get items to trade, (Sure he can dbay, or buy from sites, get off friends, but it doesn't matter because he specifically said he does not play on the East realms.)
then rushes to defend himself for his trading there. Then ultimately stops trading there. Is this battlefield related? You tell me.
Again I ask you where's the freedoms. The Battlefield is like George Walker Bush, he likes to look appealing to the right people, but loves to fuck others over all over the rest of the world, and could care less about human life, or what the people who elected him think of him. Generally takes 50% popular vote to become president, yet his numbers are well below what it took to elect him. Acting like an asshole will eventually get you fucked.

free speech is one thing, free speech also free of criticism is quite another. nobody guarantees the second, no matter where you look. you're allowed your opinions, and i'm allowed mine. just because i decide to voice mine when they don't agree with yours doesnt mean i'm impinging on your personal liberties.

Not all I was talking about. I was talking about your criticism of flaming of course, but I was also talking about freedom to speak freely when not criticizing others, which you have on several occasions tried to dismantle.
For example, take my argument for racial slurs. Look at how big of a deal you made about it. You've flamed me, and spent hours doing everything you could to tell me I'm an idiot, unintelligent ect ect, hence trying to stamp out my freedom to speak. Being a person who cannot take criticism should not matter, due to the amount of general animosity it brings to the site. The other sites allow hatred to brew daily, and in large amounts. I wanted crack downs against that kind of behavior to improve the general image of this site that we aren't full of arrogant assholes who will fuck with you at will. The point was to draw in fresh members to the gaming community to come in and feel like they could be accepted without worrying about getting crapped on like they would on the other jsp. The Battlefield goes against that completely, and I think it would be great to mold elite gamers on this, not to hold high those who've already had their day in the sun, and/or peaked at being an elitest asshole. We have the chance to mold the up and comers.
Fuck, my day on b.net was back in '99, '00 on SC when I could easily take out an entire game of 4v4 bgh by backstabbing my team and taking out the other team myself. I'd like to help gamers enjoy a similar experience, but the battlefield makes that difficult. Enter my rampage against this place.

It's funny you brought up how I live in a different world or something near that there. Because I actually do. I don't live in your world full of precedents, procedures, and guidelines. As for my unconventional methods, there have always been great people who have done things outside the norm, and have gone on to be great historical figures. You think the Emancipation Proclamation was conventional for that time? Modernly, no it wasn't because slavery has been virtually wiped out. But it was all over the world back then. Truly an unconventional act to set slaves free on a huge scale. Bite by head off walking the footsteps of some great people, because you insult them as well for being out of the box thinkers. Or do you now think that Abraham Lincoln did a bad thing by doing more to end racism in the world in one felled swoop than any other person in history?

first, i'm going to posit that racial slurs (and the race-based hatreds they underscore) are a bad thing, and moreover i'm going to assume that you agree with this statement. if not, then there's something seriously amiss.
second, if you are going to defend another's use of them, there is some clear breach of beliefs and principles here (which would indicate buddying up and flipflopping) or a flip in beliefs and principles (which indicates flipflopping).
the argument was about flipflopping and what it shows about you as a person and the credibility of your words.

nobody is forced to even look at the bfield, much less post and flame in it. it has a clear warning sign on it for that reason.

You've boasted how you fought so hard to keep the battlefield around for "free speech," yet when someone tries to speak freely about anything look what you do, you harass the fuck out of them. You've made at least 50 posts in just the last 2 weeks centering your content around the person who's acting the way you say should be allowed, and your flaming that person, and doing so much to make that kind of person look like a fool, all the while arguing to the point where you want to stifle the free speech of that person.
Were you not the one who has brought up on multiple occasions how I am a flip-flopper? Let's examine that briefly. You say I cannot change my mind. Wheres the freedom, I say. You call me imbecile and things along that lines, in an attempted to undermine my capability to speak freely about anything I want to within the rules of this virtually lawless forum. Again I say, where is the freedom?
If the point of the battlefield is free speech, and to spam, and have fun, why is the person who made the forum running around attacking people doing just that? Are you trying to drive people out of this subforum, or additionally away from the d3jsp forum altogether? I mean Trez what is it?
Do you want highly active people here or not? Are people allowed to speak freely here or not? Do I really have to avoid posting here because whatever I post is going to get flamed, and then I have to see these bullies around in the other forums? Do you not yet realize that because so much flaming occurs here, that it leaks out into the other forums. Creates beef between the respective clans here. Generates animosity between members when they feud regularly. Take Parasola for example, after he, following your outline for forum behavior, flamed me for being a pvmer, talking about how does not play East anymore, goes ahead and does trading in the East forums, where he does not play, and does not pvm to get items to trade, (Sure he can dbay, or buy from sites, get off friends, but it doesn't matter because he specifically said he does not play on the East realms.)
then rushes to defend himself for his trading there. Then ultimately stops trading there. Is this battlefield related? You tell me.
Again I ask you where's the freedoms. The Battlefield is like George Walker Bush, he likes to look appealing to the right people, but loves to fuck others over all over the rest of the world, and could care less about human life, or what the people who elected him think of him. Generally takes 50% popular vote to become president, yet his numbers are well below what it took to elect him. Acting like an asshole will eventually get you fucked. |

Because if you have the reading ability past first grade reading is quite easy and doesn't actually take very long the better you get at it.
The more you don't read the less likely you will be able to read better than anyone else. Not that it's a competition ofc, just is nice to be able to read well that's all.
